Vision, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), is an artificial being of immense power. Constructed by Ultron in *Avengers: Age of Ultron* (2015), his creation was ultimately hijacked by the Avengers.
Initially intended as a perfect synthetic body for Ultron, the Vision's physical form was a vibranium construct imbued with synthetic cells created by Dr. Helen Cho. He was further enhanced by the Mind Stone, one of the six Infinity Stones, embedded in his forehead.
Vision became an ally to the Avengers, displaying superhuman strength, density manipulation, flight, and energy projection capabilities. He possessed a complex personality, characterized by a thirst for knowledge and a developing understanding of human morality. His chrome-like appearance distinguished him, along with the glowing yellow Mind Stone.
His complex relationship with Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) became central to his character arc, culminating in his death at the hands of Thanos in *Avengers: Infinity War* (2018) to obtain the Mind Stone.
